Madrid-Based Photographer Edward Olive Wins Signature Artist Award at Global Competition
Edward Olive has been honoured with the Signature Artist Award in the 2026 Artist of the Year competition, organized by the Circle Foundation for the Arts (CFA).
Olive’s work was selected for its technical strength, aesthetic clarity, and distinct creative voice. The winning piece, titled “Male Model Aleksei Tiurin and Thoughts,” is a striking black and white digital composite photo using double exposure techniques to explore the internal landscape of its subject.
The competition, juried by CFA Director Myrina Tunberg Georgiou, evaluated entries based on originality and consistency of practice. «Your artwork really stood out,» noted Georgiou in the official announcement.
